Three solutions if you want to be nitpicky. You can go around the clockwise, and counter-clockwise :)

How are they incompatible exactly? They don't break any EU laws afaik. Italy's issue was with the chat service and GDPR - it would be a simple fix if OpenAI wanted to.

All of them in the comment. I forgot to do double-newlines, so the formatting is broken, and I can't edit the post any more.

I tried it, but I can't find the right model for llama+lora 30B . Google, nor Bing ;) is not helpful.

Antitrust is akin to this, with corporations being split into much smaller and way less powerful entities - it happened to AT&T, and Microsoft was close to getting sentenced as well in 1990s.

Any tips on setting up llama+lora on 30b? There are so many resources that I can't figure out which models to use, and which projects to use to set everything up.

I will start with a biggest downside - it can get lonely at times. With this schedule you can build saas tools, or do client work, but you cannot build a stable business and work relationships with other people really. Your biggest support

Yes, definitely. I had undiagnosed adhd until the age of 34yo, so the only way I could focus on a project was with an immense amount of caffeine, sugar and short deadlines. When I took up a project, I knew I had a limited amount of time bef

Web3 was about decentralised web - as in, more stuff, like login and data, moving client-side. E.g. instead of having "login in facebook", having Metamask plugin in your browser, that holds your private keys, and allows you to log

I had the same issue, and I just caught up over the weekend. Three books I can recommend to get up to speed: - NumPy basics pdf - first 2-3 chapters - Deep Learning with PyTorch by Voight Godoy [2] - first 2-3 chapters if you had experience

As an entrepreneur who mostly works independently, my work-life balance isn't the typical 9-to-5 setup. Instead, it's more like a "vertical" balance on a calendar, where I work intensely for 3-6 months (roughly 12 hours

It may depend on a language. For Polish - which is considered one of the most difficult languages due to various forms of words, it works almost perfect - on par with average human translators.

Not sure why you got downvotes. It seems like it's a solved issue indeed. AI reasoning has still some way to go, but it seems language understanding is a finished subject.

Did you try using multiple AIs for the same task (e.g. GPT & llama), or GPT with two-three prompts?

Crypto is actually the solution to that. Unlike traditional finance, you don't need a human to sign up under an account. So an AI can just keep it's own wallet and order humans to set up server farms.

What pricing power? Under communism it was not about pricing at all - getting supply materials required hustling more than money. Buying things in bulk gave no discount at all - sometimes quite the opposite. As for individuals starting thei

People don’t choose to go to a doctor. They are not given a choice of using the expert system - even if they can’t afford a doctor. Chatbots for customer support never worked right, so it wasn’t a choice either. With gpt-powered bots, many

It’s iterative. I pasted the same prompt/code to gpt4, and said the following: „it removed polish characters from the text!” It correctly figured out the problem and fixed it - removing only unicode emojis, not all the unicode characte

Focus mode on iOS is great for situations like that - no huzzing, and nitifications are hidden until you tap to reveal them. As for the phone security - same for me, but because of that it needs such protections that I can leave it anywhere

There were multiple cases in history when governments failed, I think their currencies never survived this. Hyperinflation in such situations tends to devalue money so much that it's not worth the paper it's printed on.

You can buy government bonds - very little risk involved in terms of price change, and your money is safe from a bank collapse then - that is, even if the bank fails, they just forward all your bonds to a different bank. Also, if you'r
