zfs send supports a resume token (-t) to resume interrupted streams received with (-s). Just use normal send/receive until you have the full stream sent.

I was my own OpenID Provider for a while, but quit because nobody supports it anymore. It was great for power users but super confusing for laypeople.

Ha, I’m dumb and can’t read. You’re entirely right.

I’d guess it’s because the individuals worth using a targeted exploit on are more likely to be carrying iPhones.

DKIM makes no assertions about the timestamp. It can be anything you want, just as in any other email. The signature can confirm parts of the email were not edited after it was signed, not that any of the contents were ever true or correct.

I used Orleans for my last startup and really enjoyed it. The dev team is active and responsive to the community, as evidenced by Reuben Bond and perhaps others appearing in this thread. You can read a bit about my use of it here: https:&#

I’d actually love to encounter something like this process in an interview, ideally mirroring how a product or feature the organization has already shipped came to be.

I've always run mine on multi-core x64 SoCs and performance has been as expected. I won't touch their ARM offerings because everything I've seen has been woefully underpowered.

You’d hope they’d use MAC address instead of IP, but I fear you may well be right.

I feel they should either disable this and actually route and account for all the traffic (using more capable hardware if required), or not use real units implying some number of bits. The pfSense router in front of it has no trouble handli

That looks like a snapshot from the UniFi Network manager. Based on my experiences with UniFi gear, which I like and am running right now, I’d take any of their DPI and threat detection stuff with a full meter cube of salt. It doesn’t even

Interesting that a few of the apps were also (voluntarily?) pulled from the developer’s website, so we can’t inspect them.

To be fair, remote access to the user’s account on the machine is game over, regardless. Knowing the password and having access to a trusted (don’t ask again for 30 days checkbox) device is possession of two factors. Google offers stricter

Hard to use something before it exists. Back when I created this we wanted to publicly credit people who had helped us out and this seemed like a good way to do so.

I’d argue that the only time you shouldn’t use UTC is when you live in UTC. The point is mainly to ensure that your code and institutional processes handle time zones correctly by ensuring nothing accidentally works correctly if they don’t.

Is SSH speed a real limitation you’ve measured? I was able to easily saturate a 1 Gbps link for days using ZFS send over SSH with an Intel Atom when initializing my remote backups.

As far as I know Dell is still the only game in town with the UP3218K. You'll want to run it scaled though for it to be usable (I use 150% or 200%), and I've only seen it work on PC. Maybe the new Mac Pro can handle it?

All the "ultrawide" monitors I've seen are just cropped 4k or 5k screens. Having used full-size versions (3840x2160@32" and 7680x4320@32") I'd never voluntarily give up the vertical space. If you can find yours

Assuming the project stands alone (I can't check right now), the author can release it however they want. The license governs how other people use it, not the author and copyright owner.
