While it would be great if every website were designed to be accessible, it isn't actually going to happen for various reasons. What can be done and should happen is screen reader software can improve. If google can index Ajax websites, scr

Price plays a big role too. As your company grows you'll find that the valley has cheaper offices, cheaper housing, and cheaper food. Caltrain is decent for your employees in the city, and Mountain View is tolerable for your employees in Sa

Perhaps I'm old school, but I view undocumented functionality as something that may not always be there or behave the same in future releases. While I can deal with that since it's open source, it doesn't mean I want to. Libraries with g

Zune.net has worked on Mac with Silverlight for ages. Given that WP7 doesn't support email, contact, or calendar sync with your computer even on windows, I'm guessing this is just for firmware updates and maybe Zune downloadable content?

We don't require employees to link their personal phones. It's their choice, and the activesync policy is part of the bargain. In fact, I'd personally recommend employees not link their phones. Work isn't so important it should be alway

Amazon doesn't bill you until an item ships, even for third parties that sell items through them. I've verified this on my credit card statement.

Two easy solutions come to mind: 1) Use pens and pads for computer character entry so the same characters can be used by both. 2) Switch to a new written form that can also be typed. I'd personally love to see global adoption of a new langu

Yawn. Sql injection again. Can happen on any platform. Hint: Use SPs for all your data access and don't give your app direct access to the tables. Makes stuff like this infinitely less likely to work.
