Airplay 2 haas reduced latency and improved quality. You can also stream to multiple Airplay 2 devices from iOS while iTunes on a Mac/PC can stream to multiple Airplay 1 devices.

> And if Photos on iOS had a public sharing feature, I'd probably just use that, and then fall off Instagram too. It kinda does. You can make an album public and it generates a link that you can share.

It’s pretty good IMHO. Greek symbols are all obvious. \Omega and \omega for upper and lowercase omega etc. Super and subscripts with ^{} and _{} also work with \sum and \int for indices and intervals. Software like Latexit and Mathpix also

I know the few I use regularly and the rest are easy to get via ctrl CMD Space. I’ve added various symbol sets to the character viewer and it suits my work flow.

I think that anyone who cares enough about Facebook’s behaviour has already left. Most folks just keep going back to see their feeds regardless of how horrible it becomes.

I recently had to swap out the screen in my mother’s much abused 2015 12” MacBook. That machine was a nightmare to work on with many components attached to the bottom cover and flimsy ribbons connecting top to bottom making basic access cha

Sounds like you’ve got some lint in your iPhone’s charging port. I recently used a cocktail stick to remove a big lump of it from my wife’s 6s where she had the same issues. Cable snaps in nicely now.

Siri shares a lot of problems with Apple Maps wherein it simply gives up on a request shrugs and returns any answer rather than admitt failure. For example sometimes searching Apple Maps for an address like 123 Mountain View in a developmen

I’ve never believed this idea that we will all be somehow teleconferencing with AR goggles in the near future. Primarily because I think a lot of teleconferences end up being a waste of productive time but also why would I want to see AR re

The Witcher indeed does a great job, and to a somewhat lesser degree Horizon Zero Dawn does well too. However these are essentially worlds with small villages and towns. Novigrad is pretty impressive but isn’t much bigger than a typical Eur

A problem I have with a lot of modern games is the fake sense of scale. In the Mass Effect games the Citadel is supposed to be some vast city floating in space but you’re limited to a few rooms with billboard textures to show the rest of it

There are issues with solar loading on aircraft fuel tanks, which are essentially the inner volume of an airliner wing. The induced gas flow in a tank can result in hotspots as heat pools in the internal structure.

I’m starting a new job, my cycle commute will increase from just 6 km to 18 km (and a few more as we’re going to buy a home). This is on the edge of my fatigue anxiety so I’m considering an e-bike. Not only is it considerably cheaper than a

I’ve stuck Intel Compute Sticks onto a few lab machines with good success. Like NUCs they’re a bit too expensive but they are great for a running a tool off a VESA mounted panel, especially as many of these things need Windows.
