I take 1800mg of DHA a day and on those days my joins don't hurt. I do martial arts and that takes a toll on my knees but when i take fish oil they feel better. Placebo? Maybe, but it works for me.

This is a good example of why everyone should avoid using reflect package as much as possible. I use reflect for quick development and then remove it before production roll out.
