I see a trend here. Good food. On loved ones. Gadgets.Books.( All same for me too). Wonder what people here would spend on if they had 10 times the money they have now.

I am based in India. Initially it will be me, a partner(both Asp.net mvc devs) and a UI guy working on the App. Hiring outside devs is far on the horizon but its good to consider that now.

.NET is for sure a right tool and a good one on that and Django has its own merits but here I am more interested in popular technology trends.

Thanks but don't you think that having 2 domain names point to same site would lead to confusing brand? What name will I put on the site?

The fact that gmail being a email service is blocked by several corporate firewalls while facebook and twitter are still accessible, I don't see buzz ever catching up.

I am in bangalore and Mint is nice for sure Paras but the point is that should I still subscribe to news"paper" or just read everything online :)
53.
by kloc 17y ago
I agree and this is the reason I didn't cancel my subscription yet. The newspaper I read(Hindu.co.in) is one of the best one around. Gets editorials from NY Times, Guardian and other Indian intellectuals.
54.
by kloc 17y ago
and thats the reason I don't like anyone else to read my newspaper before I do :)

Keeping in mind Timothy ferris' "low information diet" I wont mind missing out mundane local news and any important local news will appear on google news in couple of hours anyway.
