Food/drink intake is probably like 90% of it, yeah. It's important to keep track of calories, absolutely avoid shit food and do the right kinds of workouts.

eating within a specific period of time long before you actually go to bed (become sedentary). I wake up anywhere between 7-10 am, immediately go top heavy with big breakfast -- you're going to be moving about the entire day. By dinner

Since I've began intermittent fasting (Only eating in between 8am-8pm) my appetite and amount I can eat to be satisfied has decreased tremendously. It's crazy how quickly changes can be made to your body

The 2nd piratebay dude had the same argument, and there is definitely some value to that notion -- convincing all these bright engineers to go join the so/lo/mo products instead of helping to build upon the BIG ideas.

haha needed and what they got are entirely two different things. It's unfortunate, but the problem was that because it was a government website, the developers were strictly not allowed to get help, i.e. have someone review it/ask

Check out your local law schools, I've had friends with startups who paid like a $300 flat fee or something cheap to get all their legal startup advice for the year. Just make sure that you're not their first customer. Just a side

Yea, I'm pretty positive you're both correct--it was a government related project that they needed utmost of security and secrecy while rapidly building it. All of which are very challenging obstacles for developers

I'm sure they care and do their best to rid these posts, but every single marketplace has this issue -- airbnb is just the hotspot now because they can get big bucks relative to ebay
