OVHcloud US is a separate entity, European & other region are not subject to the US cloud act. You need separate account for service in US vs services in EU

Well living in Lille (North of France), if i take the eurostar, it takes me 30mn to go to saint Pancras (1h30, but there is the time difference, brussels is 2h away from London so 1h if you add the time difference)

disclaimer : I'm french Strictly speaking a credit card is a "carte de credit", however between the simple translation with english, the similarities between the form factor etc, A LOT of French (especially not used to the US
