Very cool! Just one thought: I don't think your stack traces need to include the lines inside Printf itself and it adds to the noise a bit. Maybe just go up to the line where the call to Printf is made?

A lot of the fancy CLIs I use have a `--json` option that gives the user the chance to pipe output to eg jq and process it there. I find that a good alternative to running stuff through cut, sed or awk before processing.

kubernetes Podman can work with local pods, using the same yaml as for K8s. Not quite docker swarm, but useful for local testing IME when k8s is the eventual target.

Kafka with a different partitioner would have worked fine. The problem was that the web workers loaded up the same partition. Randomising the chosen partition would have removed, or at least alleviated, the stated problem.
