Absolutely not. The women are willing and come to me to help them leave Ukraine and move elsewhere. I screen my clients with background checks and proof of income. Mail order bride is more appropriate.

Ukraine has fully anonymous smartphones and sim cards. I wouldn't say most other countries, just most western countries.
