Far better and simpler than flat taxes would be to eliminate all income taxes, both business and personal, and depend entirely on tariffs, excise taxes, and fees. Arithmetically this is completely feasible. Imagine if outside of import an

People said it was just another uninteresting mp3 player. They were right, no? Didn't the iPod rise to market leader have far more to do with marketing than any performance merit?

You have to say specifically "carbohydrate" and not single out sugar. People try to make this false distinction between "complex" and simple carbohydrates and sugar. ANY starch is broken down rapidly in the small intestine and absorbed as

C++ with a decent dynamic language beats the crap out of C with a decent dynamic language. Chaiscript is a great project. You would take your C+Python app and rewrite the C bits in C++ and find it shorter and clearer and the same speed.

Tax rates and government interventionism are major forces driving business overseas. A government "five year plan" to "refactor" the manufacturing industry is the poison not the medicine.
