It's annoying because it's not always present. Ex: I look up my favorite pizza place and it's 15 minutes away. Now I want to see traffic. How? It's impossible to view both.

Kudos for crediting "Threes"! That game doesn't get enough credit amidst the popularity of 2048.

I've been seeing Phaser a lot. Does anyone know of any commercially successful games built with these HTML5/JS engines? I understand success should have nothing to do w/ framework but certainly there are limitations/stru

Mm, most of the issues the article discusses are part of the learning curve of Coffeescript IMO. The real problem I've had (and I still love it for some reason) is dealing w/ JS frameworks. Like, try using Coffeescript w/ Ang

The demand is no doubt there. This needs to be executed well and priced well also. I'm going to bet it's neither. Sony is notorious for high prices. Also, who's to say the writing feels as natural as they're making it lo

I remember this time. I, like many others, hated the iPhone. The app store was young. There was no basic functionalities like copy & paste. There was no multi-tasking between apps. You only had the option of one carrier (AT&T). The

At first I thought Amazon was going to tackle digital currency or something. Anyway, this is brilliant. Encourage users to buy a bunch of these coins to get a 10% discount. Then Amazon gets a free loan.

I was thinking the same thing. The ads appear only on the Game Over screen. On my Droid, the ads appears to be cropped, so I don't even know what is being advertised to me. Finally, I don't even see it for more than a half second

Jetpack Joyride is a better example of the original helicopter game. Flappy bird is pretty much the Profit Bird in jetpack joyride but much more derpy, kind of like balloon fighter or joust.
