Time and time again, we learn that 'your mileage might vary'. I've found that the best way to live life is to find out what is considered best, and adapt it to you and your body.

This is a very poor analogy. It's not a matter of abstractions, it's a matter of getting someone or something else to do the work, while you mostly watch and fix any errors you're able to catch.

It's almost as if we shouldn't treat their words as gospel. By them I mean people who were in the right place at the right time and had the right amount of luck, which is what success looks like usually.

Interesting. So my cravings went down significantly, almost to zero. Normally I have such a sweet tooth, that I cannot resist desserts. During my no-sugar period, I was completely indifferent to it. Food tasted the same, but my sensitivity

Anecdata: during a period of essentially eliminating all added sugar (save for a small piece of dark chocolate a day which amounted to 2-3g of sugar), I never felt better. It was two to three months long. I'm hoping I can repeat that a

Same, actually. Perhaps some of it is due to the naming convention. For instance, in the Lisp interpreter, he tends to use "parms". Which I assume is short for "parameters". That makes me think of parmesan cheese -- &quo

I have a Supernote, so while I cannot really speak for Remarkable, but it's mind boggling to see others compare them to the iPad. With Supernote I can read without the eye strain, and I can write as if I was using pen on paper. These d

Here's how one can succeed: - Be born into a rich family - Have friends in high places (ideally rich friends) I know it's kinda sarcastic, but that is the truth. Being successful is not an exact science. For the odd 'regular&

As a person who has both, you gotta admit the care that Sony puts into their hardware. This time around the Xbox Series X is arguably sleeker, but by God is the controller pure trash. The Xbox’s controller vibrations resemble those of a che

What I find very ridiculous is the NSFW alert that appears after you've been reading/watching for quite a while. It's clear what its actual purpose really is.
