You're using FFmpeg in there somewhere so you'll need to offer your copy of FFmpeg's source if you've used the LGPL version. If you've used the GPL version then your whole app will need to be GPL.

In other words, they make Microsoft look cheap and Apple look premium I think the ads go further than that. They make Macs look elitist - in every ad the person representing someone real that the viewer could relate to to says something

From what I gather if you want to use Amazon's Devpay service your customers have to sign up for an amazon.com account. If they can get rid ofthat restriction like Paypal then things will be a whole lot easier.

I tried it out but had problems with entering information in the form. Every time I pressed enter it created a new text box that was difficult to deal with. (IE8 Windows XP)

This happens with quite a few programmes that we have imported from the US. Off the top of my head I can think of Mythbusters and Ice Road Truckers which are dubbed by a British narrator with a lot of the dramatic music removed. All in all

We use Flexiscale because of the low cost per core. CPU power is our bottleneck. Flexiscale has also been cheaper for us owing to the weak pound.

I'm guessing (as with Amazon S3) it's not possible to host a root file - hence http://dl.dropbox.com/xxxx/whatever won't work.

I don't have an opinion either way on this Mac/PC thing however I do think that the marketing is quite interesting. For many years Macs have been portrayed as "cool", with all the "Mac vs Pc" adverts as well as the indirect appeal from the
