Then maybe they can help them setup a way to license the 3D model so hospitals can print it themselves, but still pay. Whatever the price components are, clearly some innovation is needed here if there are not enough of these in hospitals.

I think Slack has an extra step where it sends some token from the browser that opened the link to the Slack app. This way just opening the link is not enough. Links can be opened by the controller of the email even if they didn't make

That's a very good profit even when accounting for interest (~$144k), taxes (~$29k) and maintenance (not sure, maybe $10k a year?). Definitely better than 2.5x your $50k with an index fund tied to S&P 500.
