I tried `tsx` but it didn't work for some reason (can't remember why right now). Also, if you've been using `ts-node` and feel comfortable with it, this setup should work for you instead of switching your toolchain.

The "exports" and other sections are recommended things you'll need in your `package.json` file to support ESM. Sensible defaults. Also just points to an index.ts file (that you'll likely have in your project if you are

What if a piece of data exists in multiple services? How does the tool know which service it should use to fetch the data, given the link is just a semantic representation - but that representation can exist in multiple places?

This has potential! Also I encourage you to apply your talents to the mechanical engineering space (custom on-demand parts). Many companies need exactly this UI for their products, but don't have the engineering team to do it.

In comparison, in about < 1 day of TV use I somehow downloaded (streamed) > 115 GBs of data. Mostly Netflix and other streaming services. Insane how far we have come, compared to a 4-9 GB DVD disc!

For those doing currencies in JavaScript, is it worth it calling out to a language like this that has better support for precision? How do you handle it in your code today?

One useful thing I’ve found with typed languages is that I end up implementing the entire specification for a program in the type system even before writing a single line of actual working code. Makes it easy to fix and refactor things ea

Well done in integrating things at such a low level. Looks awesome. For a SaaS that lets you use ChatGPT over SMS (and even iMessage), you could use https://jarvis.tel/ . (Plug, I’m the author)

I don't know about the most interesting thing I built ever , but I am pleasantly surprised with the utility and usefulness I am getting out of https://jarvis.tel . I built it to scratch my own itch: I wanted a way to use AI

You are all correct and this is something on our radar. We are considering changing the name to avoid any confusion. Microsoft also seems to be using the "Jarvis" name in this repo https://github.com/microsoft/

There are several providers that offer an iMessage service, like https://loopmessage.com/ and https://sendblue.co/ . You could also go through Apple directly, although the process and API are not publicly de

Great question! We take user privacy very seriously. We don't share your data with anyone and will never sell your phone number or email. We store all data with industry standard encryption and limit the duration that data is available

I like this style... one big file with everything in there, and finding things is just a Ctrl+F away.

It's like we all picked the same day! We should reach out to all and hop on a video and build on this momentum.

Also a different take on the problem is so much software is unreliable from a data perspective. We trust these software providers with GBs of our data, yet they all have different backup strategies, are using different consistency and ACID

That's crazy I see this post. Haven't read it yet, but I just played a 3v3 game out of nostalgia. People still play this game years later, and it works great.

The Fig CLI has this feature! And lets you confirm commands before they run. They are also a pretty cool company, and the tool does much more (like letting you share secrets with your team, sync bash profiles and share scripts, etc). https

Thank you for introducing me to this, and to tree notation. I’ve been working on something similar to the concepts in Tree Notation and the ecosystem of tools around it, and I can’t believe something like this exists in this space. So aweso
