This is really cool. One thing I'll add is to make an easy fallback for people to type in the password (for example, if they can't scan the QR code or plug in), you could generate a word phrase, like "correct battery horse st

Yes, that's exactly how I use it! Especially when I need to combine Terraform and CDK, or Terraform and Pulumi (depending on where I'm using which). The library has a nice CLI UI which makes running different things and gluing the

Also check out https://github.com/khalidx/runbook (shameless plug). Executable markdown documents that you can run. Great for DevOps and sharing commands with the team.

I started something like this here. It’s a tool that lets you visually (or via the CLI) search and view all your AWS cloud resources. https://github.com/khalidx/cfs I mostly use it when starting a new job or contract a

Hey OP, use airalo.com (or their mobile app) if you have an iPhone or a phone compatible with virtual eSIMs. Works in most countries. You can activate a plan from your phone in minutes, usually for under $10. Most plans are data-only but yo

Does anyone have a link to a good server hardening guide that they can share here? Specifically and especially when running servers locally, or on things like AWS or DigitalOcean. So many guides online, and the uninitiated can rarely differ

Very cool. By the way, I know you can print and just rotate, but for display and orientation purposes, the bottom right corner should be a white square.

Gumroad has license key support and payment plans. You could do the same with Stripe too. The Gumroad path is less enterprise-y, and you’ll need to set up a webhook to process new subscriptions and generation of license keys.

Spent the money doing three things: - building an application to assist with dispatching. Dispatching in the current state of the world is a human heavy process with a lot of phone calls. The application was built to make it easy to pick th
