Extremely cool! Can't wait to give it a spin with ollama, if ollama could list it as a model that would be helpful.

It's cool and all and I typically enjoy lowres renditions... unless, it actually impacts gameplay. Since the gameplay is so much about 4D, clarity in what you see becomes more important and the extremely low resolution actually impairs

Amusing how this industry went from tweaking code for the best results, to tweaking code generators for the best results. There doesn't seem to be any adults left in the room.

I haven't found their limit, but I have found my limits, of waiting for them to do their thing... I tend to re-enjoy handrolling code more. I delegate the stuff that annoys me. We have a large multiplatform codebase, the issue seems to

This is the sort of Apple gotchas that really upset me. They've got a good thing going, but they keep finding ways to alienate people.

Agreed. I've been building software for 25 years+. At some point I became so burnt out I couldn't look at an IDE or coloured text for that matter. I found the way back by just changing my motto and focus... Find good people, do go

I noticed the training part, that was interesting for my use case. Unfortunately it's said 'on NVIDIA'. Is there an alternative, tutorial, or project you'd recommend that would help me do supervised fine tuning (SFT) wit

Time to jump ship. I have noticed 5.3 in xtra high was a turd today. High used to be enough for most of my use cases. xhigh used to surprise me. Now it's incapable of following the very first instructions. I just hope open source model

The price gouging against Australians is sick on this one. should be 777 AUD. No other product in the lineup is gouging this hard. Seriously Tim.

I built a jira with attachments and all sorts of bells and whistles. Purrs like a kitten. Saas are going extinct. At least the jobs that charged $1000 a day to write jira plugins.

If anything it shows the applicant was over qualified and it probably wasn't a great fit; to have this guy, who has battle experience, in a place where the interviewer was looking for a one-size-fit-all canned type answer.

It's amazing the length at which people who want to write code go, to not write code. Don't get me wrong, I use agentic coding often, when I feel it's going to type it faster than me (e.g. a lot of scaffolding and filler code
