That's mind boggling. I always wondered why it takes so long to open. Is it a shady deal with Adobe and Apple?

I did notice that the interaction had changed and I wasn't too happy about how silly it became. Tons of "Absolutely! You got it, 100%. Solid work!" <broken stuff>. One other thing I've noticed, as you progress thro

This is neat. Without any pictures I felt closer to these people than if I saw their mugshot. Hopefully this has legs. A few keywords and a few sentences take us from facing someone, to seeing life from their own eyes and pondering. There i

I'd like to second the mention of plan vs. no plan. Having no plan is often better when you're facing a deep pit of work, pick at it every now and again, whatever you feel like working on that day. vs. having a clear Todo list tha

Impressive and potentially very interesting future work. One thing I couldn't help but notice was the crazy amount of HTTP requests going on in the demo on the github readme page, and the video looks to be sped up. I'm all for AI

It should probably be a plugin of some sort rather than built in the engine. It's a very small use case scenario and the devices are expensive and rare. Like the comments said there are also concerns about maintaining it in the long te

I don't know if you've seen the videos, but the latency from input to result on the screen is, very, very bad. I don't think this is actually what you want. We all want low-power retro computing but expect reasonable latency

I guess it's ok to build it and sell it but not to sell the binaries provided? It's odd indeed. Most likely split brain decision.

That's nice, I create birthday invites in 5 mins now for my kids. An ordeal that used to take hours. The last time I asked Chad Gepeto to make sudoku puzzles though, it went horribly wrong. At least it got my kids to prove that this an

I spend maybe 5 mins a day tops on social media(1)... I'm not particularly invested in Bluesky, but I found it to be the polar opposite of Twitter. It's like everyone who quit the twitter band wagon just went to the twitter clone,
