The theory goes something like this: In a recession investors tend to have a "flight to quality", which usually means buying more government bonds, which pushes their interest rates lower. REITs tend to have relatively higher yie

I tend to agree with you, but Seattle is in a state with 0% income tax, so just because the city’s taxes are rising doesn’t mean they’re net higher than other large cities.

Very interesting, thanks! Out of curiosity, how soon is "soon" for the expanded data? If you're able to say whether it will be this/next quarter, or this/next year that would be interesting.

What really ended up helping me was getting a pair of Gunnar glasses. Plus, you may be able to get them through a health savings account if you're in the states. A bunch of colleagues now also use Gunnars (or similar) and all have ha

Cool, good luck! Also, not sure if this is by design or not, but the header bar (with the about and pricing links) doesn't show up until I've scrolled down past the main splash image. I'm on IE11 and Win10.

Congrats on shipping! Quick question, maybe I missed it on your homepage: How do you track what ingredients a user has on hand? Does the user enter each one by hand, by barcode, etc?

I didn't downvote the parent, but I also don't consider it to be civil (which is requested in the HN Guidelines). There are a number of ways to point out that this is not yet in production, and many of them don't require the

Heads up - when I was working for a lead gen company, they would charge per lead, not on a monthly basis. Also, I assume you'd want to be the exclusive recipient (or nearly the exclusive recipient) for these leads, because for most of

What would you want to learn from this course? Are you looking for a strategy or an explanation on how options/spreads/etc. work or something else entirely?

Where did you research sites to buy? Places like flippa seem sketchy, though I remember patio11 recommended feiinternational.com when he sold his business.
