Crypto.com who issues CRO is the first to use this with Visa. Bitcoin isnt really in the picture here. It will be interesting to learn how this will work between ETH/USDC/CRO. Crypto.com had Visa debit cards where you get CRO &quo

This made Amazon look quite childish honestly. I hope that union thing works out so there will be more checks and balances in place going forward. Those bottle peeing stories and all that surveillance is quite horrible... I also heard lower

Calling Bitcoin owners leeches seems a bit of a stretch. In my opinion there is little to absolutely no reason to ever change Bitcoin back to cash. Maybe take a loan against or rent it out to others for cash interest, if you really want cas

You are talking about centralized exchanges, which is something built on top of Bitcoin - much like the current banking systems. You are not required to use that with Bitcoin. With Bitcoin someone anywhere can have a "bank account"

It does have value, its the value to secure the Bitcoin network (at the moment worth $1 trillion). No additional tanks, armies and nuclear weapons needed.

Saying it has no value is incorrect. It's seemingly the price to pay for securing $1 trillion. Maybe the better way to look at it is, how expensive is it to secure $1 trillion with other means in a decentralized and permission-less fas

Not just old apps, recently I saw Robinhood/BlockFi/othere use Plaid, and Plaid pops up a dialog to enter your bank account credentials! I'm not kidding. Of course there is a note that you dont have to worry and all is fine.

It's not linking to real world items, but to digital assets. But it doesn't really. I learned the other day that NFT standards don't even store a hash of the digital asset. So, ransomware will wipe out a lot of NFTs one day,

If I understand right the ETH chain will be integrated as a shard. This would mean it would just live on inside the new Ethereum ecosystem until it is ice aged - so one could say it's not a fork but a wrap of some sort. Unfortunately n

Not really, in information technology megabyte often is calculated via (convenient) binary multiples, as has been for many decades. As often in life there is not a single truth.

Discussed this with a few friends also recently, even now during short seller week and future expiration - where billions of Bitcoins are sold to push the price down the impact is about -10-20%. So $30 billion maybe make a maximum of 40-50%
