Indeed, the FBI routinely likes to forget about the Constitution and place themselves beyond it.

Hey FBI, if you want the data on the phone get a Warrant that requires the person who owns the phone to unlock it for you - or go to jail for not complying. You don't go to a next-door neighbor who has the key to a house and serve him

The age is not an issue, people thought the iPhone 4 was wicked fast at the time, the speed seems adequate for a smart watch I would contend the software is too bloated - Java is not the fastest tool in the shed. However the fact that it&#x

Indeed I remember programming for the iPhone 3G was pretty painful back in the day, you had to get creative about loading resources and make sure they were released right away even if you might be using them again.

I've never flown a QuadShot though I recently (last weekend) saw one flown at Baylands park down in Sunnyvale. I noticed it never really looked like the pilot was "in control"

I'm not quite sure you know what the "prototypical HNer" is I live in the Bay Area, I know a lot of people who also spend a lot of time on HN, if I were to make a guess my sample size is larger then yours and I think your ass

Larger sized RC planes like a Skywalker can usually run for around 40 Minutes to an hour and cover around 50 Miles in that time. There are examples of much longer flight times and longer distances but 50 miles seems about right in real worl

I think it's more a matter of the amount of RAM the apps use, 128megs does not leave room for much. Though in any case it seems like you would be very limited in what you're able to do with the apps.

FAA is looking at the wrong group, the current rules say don't fly over 400 feet with a model aircraft. If a pilot of a real plane is flying under 400ft outside of the landing or takeoff pattern in Class B airspace there's an issu

Ease of use, complexity and reliability. I'm referring to drones < 10kg. There's a point in large systems where gas becomes a more competitive option but for smaller multicopters it's not.

Under 500 feet is unregulated, (FAA claims 400) the FAA is trying to regulate it since a reform law that was passed in 2012. Under 83 Feet is owned by the property owner due to some lawsuit back around WW2 involving some chickens. http:&#x
