$10k for an entire year sounds really amazing. Did it feel like $10k? Mind sharing a rough expenses/budget? Even with a $100k salary, saving/investing $90k annually would be amazing...

I was impressed it could write grammatically sound sentences, but it's not even close to human-level conversation...

Ooooo, I never knew about ABC! It looks really concise and easy to use. Does it scale well to big symphonic scores? (Or if you're not into that kind of a thing, at least bigger projects than one page melodies of single lines?)

As a conservatory student and a long time user of LilyPond, it seems very impractical as a daily musical notation tool after a quick glance at the syntax. ie: octavesUp 4 c in The Music Suite vs. c'''' in LilyPond ie: Ha

This is really cool! I'm not sure if this is true of the library itself, but in the Typewriter demo app, "merging" basically means "append." There's no smart diff and merge.

That's interesting that Apple Records no longer owns the rights to the name. I thought a historic namesake like Apple Records would hold onto its name dearly. It would be extremely interesting/awesome if Apple indeed begins the Ap

It does. It sometimes blocks the main interface from updating (doesn't seem perfectly optimized or parallelized yet). It's also on an iPhone 4S which is the oldest iPhone they support.

It sure seems like it. In addition, the way Apple is starting to build out parental controls per app, it seems like they don't intend on having multiple user accounts on each device in the near future.

I think all those features mentioned like attachments and sharing location and leaving/adding people to a conversation is a strictly-iMessage featureset. iOS Messages app doesn't even work well with Android phones in group texts.

So by Netflix making a deal with Comcast, did L3 effectively get cut out of the picture? Also, isn't increasing equipment/bandwidth part of the business? It seems so ridiculously absurd that Comcast is balking to increasing its ba

Maybe I'm naïve beyond any recognition, but shouldn't the ISP's or whoever is peering charge based on the bandwidth amounts? It sounds like they have a flat-rate contract with each other and now they're charging more?

This is neat. Is it acting most as a GUI to xcode CLI tools that's running on OSX? Would be a little nicer if they made it clear in the video demo that you need a Mac as a build server and Dropbox for storage.
