Russia did lose its special military operation in about 5 minutes when it totally failed it's objectives. Leading to this drawn out war of attrition against a much smaller country.

Few people these days use any wired networking. And an even smaller percentage of those people would migrate to fiber. 10gbe is still easily done over copper.

It's been years since the performance of any high-end phone SoC has felt like a bottleneck and the Pixel 9 modem has been very good.

At my local thrift store I recently saw someone come in with full gear, like a barcode scanner on their fingertip and a phone mounted on their wrist. They scan and price out everything with a barcode. It's pretty bizarre.

More people should go into the trades. Says the aristocrat with legacy admission kids making sure they can hire a plumber for their next remodel.

There's not much I dislike more than well off white collar workers telling kids to skip school and go into the trades. Don't buy it. If at all possible get a degree, sit at a desk, and earn a living wage. This is your first priori

Idk, every competitors system at this point is basically glorified lane keep adaptive cruise control. Similar to the standard Tesla Autopilot but far from Tesla's FSD.

There's this, https://play.date/ . Haven't heard much news about it lately though. Feel like any handheld built around a relatively cheap microcontroller should be shooting for a much lower price point.

Weird to describe something with maybe like 40 million subscribers as not terribly popular. Xbox is game pass and not a console anymore at this point.

Improvements start because someone has a better solution to a problem, not just complaining about the current solution. We should implement x because it fixes these problems with current solution. Rather than just current solution is bad.
