You need to stay on it for months to become keto adapted. I would say 6 months minimum, after that the energy swings go away and you generally have a lot more energy. You can also add MCT oil. The problem with keto is eating enough calories

Using Fly.io it was pretty easy to to spin up an app.. I wish it used Docker Up/Compose files though. I'm not a Docker expert but being able to use those files seems like it would be easier to deploy apps. Please correct my ignora

I use it because it does have a lot of songs. The search on it is the worst and the UI has its own back button that is not easy to use. Most good apps on Android let you use the devices back button.

I work on a lot of legacy systems in financial services, the biggest issues related to threads is variable scope regarding servlet design patterns. I just migrated a 18 year old app off Weblogic to TomEE and we had issues with struts tags.
