What other e-mail providers do you use, if you don't mind? A primary reason I use Google Apps mail is for the spam filtering.

Back around 2000 whenever the synopses and apocalypses were coming out I read each one with excitement, looking forward to how fun Perl 6 would be to program in. The non-existence of a production Perl 6 implementation after over a decade of

Same! But apparently it's a thing. I'm totally just asking for "fajitas" now. Also, tried the Chipotle app but the app doesn't let you choose between white and brown rice :-/ Edit: but you can add special instructions at the end of the orde

Not a very helpful article. Far from a general "improve your Python productivty", it's more like "here are some minor random Python features that I think are useful". TLDR: * Use dict and set comprehensions. * Use collections.Counter. * Use

I really like my Razer Naga, but one day I went to install new drivers and found that they required signing up for their "cloud" service. Worse, the old drivers weren't available from their site. So, now I'm using the mouse without drivers

"Keep in mind though, this will probably be the only year we do this..." Why assert that it's a one-time thing if the conference has only been growing every year?

Thanks for this. Great quote. FWIW the original, by Rich Hickey, seems to have been "Patterns mean 'I have run out of language'". Cited here - https://google-styleguide.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/lispguide... - but I can't find an original

I think the lack of comments/votes on this post is representative of how much this open source release-to-be really matters. Unfortunately, it's years too late.
