It's a very powerful "embedded" platform, I was waiting for something like this for my home media/file server, so I don't have to keep PC turned on all the time. Also, another important point for me is passive cooli

I don't see how that will work in real world. In most Eastern Europe average car is like 15 years old diesel, so these (cheap) semi-new diesels that will go there from Germany will actually be an upgrade.

In most cities with good bike infrastructure I've seen you cannot ride a bike among pedestrians, they are limited to roads and bike lanes[0]. Whenever I see bicycle on a sidewalk is most often because road is jammed with cars or it

The impact is often not seen immediately as databases of leaked accounts can be used for further hacks (impersonation, social engineering, blackmailing etc.) I'd attribute that to the lack of studies and difficulty to trace hacks back

Why not use mixed approach? I find it works best for me. First, learn by examples to get a broader picture, then learn theory bottom-up to get into details. It's much easier to learn complex theories when you know where it leads and wh

Yes, so it looks like Microchip produces multi-core MCUs after all, though as I've mentioned, I haven't encountered them and can't comment about quality of their tools.

I know it's from fantasy's series, but what I'd like to see is that as soon as a company (or rights holder) shut down official servers or make game unplayable in other ways, such act counts as the rights abandon and game goes

While modern languages support for parallelism is adequate, tools are still lacking imho. I avoid parallelism when it's not necessarily, because debugging all these race conditions, deadlocks, synchronization etc. is a nightmare.
