I really like the Ohropax wax or silicon earplugs. They don't penetrate your ear canal as much as the foam plugs, but still provide a good enough 23 db noise reduction. They definitely make my tinnitus more noticeable, but I'm kin

Mise en place is a useful mental model for everyday activities, but I don't think the author gave a good example in the post. I don't think intensity or difficulty is the key differentiator between preparation and the actual work.

To be fair, to achieve the best multi-threaded performance in Azure the Dv2/Dsv2 version provides real cores and not threads.

Actually, you can do that already in M365 with Double Key Encryption [1]. The obvious trade-off though is that none of the cloud services will be able to work with your data. For example you won't be able to search or open the document
