Hi goalieth. I am trying to send an application for the fullstack dev position but I can't seem to submit the form. Pretty sure I have not applied before since I keep track of all my applications. Let me know if there's anything I

Based from the previews in the website, all I can say is that this is awesome! It feels very inspired by Sublime Text! Even the low-tier license seems inspired by ST; you buy a license, use it forever but won't get updates Looking upfr

Support for syntaxes (and/or debuggers) are mostly provided by the community. Creating a syntax for your language shouldn't be that hard afaik. Just head over to https://discord.sublimetext.io to talk to the active com

Here's my two (or three?) cents 1. There are several plugins that allow AI integration 2. There is an active community on https://discord.sublimetext.io 3. From what I can perceive based on Sublime HQ's responses, it&#

If you (or anyone here) feel Sublime Text is dead, the community is super active at discord. You can actively engage with ST devs and package developers there. Just head over to the unofficial discord server: https://discord.subl

Ah that is unfortunate. If I can say one thing against Sublime HQ, it is that they are bad at communicating. I assume you are on a business license (thus the yearly) and you expected that there will be releases. Not as frequent but somethin

This. I have a love and hate relationship with VSC. I try to migrate but always end up using Sublime again.

Based on your statement, I assume you tried Sublime with LSP and found it hard to setup?

Tried it and it's awesome! Cool that I saw someone on the issues tab port it to ST4 too. btw, have you tried gruvbox?

by kapitanluffy 3y ago
That's unfortunate. Is it like they monitoring your laptop for software installed? I had this issue way back. I just said "Ah, Sublime Text is free. Sure, buy me a license if you want but if it's free, there are no legal issu

Yeah this sucks. Afaik, they're debating about this and from what I read removing 3.3 means killing the plugin ecosystem.

Looks like I'm not the only one experiencing this with Obsidian. I have been trying to incorporate it with my flow but it feels clunky? I guess those are the micro-annoyances you are talking about? Thanks for this. I got a new plugin i

I wonder what's the last version you use? I do agree the plugin ecosystem is in shambles but they do have actively developed plugins. It's just not easy to discover. The only significant thing that I think VSCode has over Sublime
