re: b12, good point, you should take a b12 supplement if you are eating vegan. It's a good thing they are cheap, easy to take and effective! and most people are low in b12, so even if you are a meat-eater, it's good to take a supp

to add to this, in Australia they bypass our award wages for couriers by making their workers self-employed. really, the only innovation they are doing is the exploitation of labour laws.
