Their debt comes from their acquisition. I'm not sure I understand how this is even possible, but it seems that hedge funds are able to buy entities (like Cirque du Soleil) and transfer the cost of acquisition as a debt for the acquire

Maybe for small hydro plants, but definitely not the major ones. Quebec uses almost only hydro all year long (with the major dams being far in the north), and houses and buildings heating is mostly electrical.

One good example (for those who do not want to read the full article) is the async keyword. Introducing it as keyword broke a few libraries which were already using them as kwarg in some functions (e.g. pytorch).

No, the point is to offer an incentive. Even the mother may not take any of her leave if she wants. But by providing an incentive, you do change how most men consider normal for raising the kids.

3*0.130 = 0.39 Wh Over 5000 years it would amount to about 8.9 nW (nanowatt), of course assuming the chemistry to be able to sustain such time span (which is not).

Because ultimately, arguments relying solely on economics are moot. Technically, a human life has an economic value. And yes such value is used every day to decide health policies and insurance coverage. Would this mean that SpaceX killing

Saying a language makes you "miserable" does not forcibly mean you literally want to kill yourself because of it. I can totally see myself having more or less fun executing the exact same programming job, depending on the language

Yes it is. The point is _not_ about driving Anglos (or whatever culture) away, but about being proud of being able to communicate in French. As a matter of fact, exactly the same thing English speakers ask to literally the rest of the world

That's just a plain lie. Sure, as for literally any other subject, you may find people with extreme views on the topic, but that's what they are: extreme. That doesn't make it the general consensus. Please stop spreading lies

Maybe it's just on my installation, but pip comes with versioned executables. That is, I can call "pip3.7" or "pip3.4". What's the benefits of using the -m approach in this case?

See? That's the precise problem with car advocates. How many times in your _life_ are you having a baby? How many times in your _life_ is your mother dying? Just take the car in these situations, that's not the problem. The proble

The relevant metric is the torque at low (or 0) RPM, not the (horse) power. I do agree that a good electric car may start faster than a cyclist, however.
