Important to note from the filing: this all went down in September of 2015. I wouldn't be surprised if they had trouble with their growth numbers at that time, but in 2016 they seem to have exploded growth-wise. Not saying his lawsuit

I didn't word my post very well (I posted the "infinitely old" comment), but what I meant was that it should be more likely to be a Boltzmann Brain in an infinitely old universe than a human standing on Earth in a ~14 Billion

I don't think people care about thickness specifically, but about weight. And weight is (for the most part) correlated to thickness.

Both Unity and Unreal Engine (UE4) supports Metal, so any games created in Unity/UE4 for Mac & iOS might possibly use it. If the game doesn't need anything beyond GL 3 support then the creator might choose to not enable Metal

Food for thought: will USB-C be the "last" standard connector? Speaking in terms of the physical connector, not the data protocol. I'm sure it will eventually prove not to be, but it's got a lot going for it and I suspec

It's even worse: getting consistent 10Gb on Cat 6 depends on cable length and electrical interference. Cat 6A and 7 also start coming into play for long cable runs and make the situation even more complicated.

Start getting involved with 10Gb Ethernet and it is no longer trivial. You've got Cat 6, 6A, and 7, and all sorts of different length and shielding considerations and often don't get anywhere close to 10Gb.

Read the article. That's crux of the complaint -- that there isn't just one type of cable for USB-C. Heck, the USB-C power cable that comes with the the new MBPs can only do power and USB2 data. See for yourself: http:/&#x

But displays have advanced rapidly as well and have constantly increasing data requirements. The new MBP can drive a 5K monitor at 60Hz (two, even!), and that much bandwith requires TB3.

A lot of the "landfill" in that part of SF is rubble from the 1906 quake, which there was a lot of. They disposed of it by making the city bigger!
