I interviewed with them (didn't get the job). If I understood it correctly, they pretty much use every cloud under the sun to get full coverage for their CDN.

I made a faulty assumption. As others have pointed out, the settlement site is run by a third party.

One of the issues is that we, in the US, don't look at other successful cities or countries and consider implementing their solutions. Then in California, we don't look at other cities or states within the US who have solved simil

Your comment inspired me to take a look. I compared the SSL certificate and the whois information to equifax.com. The settlement site uses a different company for the certificate. The settlement site uses Starfield Technologies vs DigiCert

I have a friend whose son was born with a partial hand. They were able to use 3D printing to make a prosthetic that was cheap enough they could make new ones as he grew. IIRC, they could do themes such as iron man for the prosthetic.
