Depends on your definition of nothing. Cheaper than America, obviously (which country isn’t for medical care?). It’s pricier than Vietnam, where I spent $500 for 2 nights of hospital stay in a private wing for a super bad fever.

I have some interactive, visual articles about various concepts (mostly stats or ml-related) on my site: https://www.jwilber.me/ Even though these heavy frontend-style articles are often different from the ml stuff I do for

Imagine working 10 years and having someone come in for less than 1 year, completely fail in their role by all metrics, yet have the ability make millions of your work, at the direct expense of your compensation. Should be criminal.

Taxis suck. But Uber sucks now, too. I’d still rather ride share than use a taxi, and use door dash over Uber (lest we forget Uber’s previous lawsuits), but all of the choices in the market are kind of grim.

Reddit should prioritize their site working on the browser. Clicking a nested thread seems to crash whatever browser I use 1/10th of the time, the videos never work, and the time it takes to open a thread is almost unbelievable in 2022

Awful comparison. Your number of $500 isn’t possible to live on in much of the world. It’s an artificial floor - a fair comparison would be one that everyone could live off with ease, not just your false dichotomy few. Never mind that a bil

Each article's specific resources are listed at the bottom of the articles, but you're right - right now the articles are made using D3, IntersectionObserver API (for scrolling), and vanilla js. Newer articles use svelte instead o

Here’s how I’m reading the scenario: Rather than admit that the wording of your comment is easily taken out of the context you intended (that is, taking accountability for your previous statement), you claim that I’m “twisting” your comment

You’re being downvoted but it’s true - R would be dead today if not for the tidyverse (both because of ease-of-use and fostered community). The experience between using the two is night-and-day. I would rather use the cli than base R at thi
