Here is an article that breaks down a baking steel vs a baking stone. The steel comes out on top, mostly due to the thermal properties of steel: http://slice.seriouseats.com/archives/2012/09/the-pizza-lab-...

Baby steps. There is a huge distribution network of gas stations, refineries, and (right now) fairly cheap oil. I'd like to own a 100% electric vehicle right now for the price of a Prius (with similar range, cold weather capabilities,

Seems like an easy retaliation for Google and Apple would be to just block the CurrenC applications from the app stores when they are released. It's very similar to what the retailers are doing by blocking Google Wallet, Apple Pay and

This has been refuted by an Apple Spokesperson according to Recode [1]: Tom Neumayr, Apple’s PR rep, says the TechCrunch story is “not true” but wouldn’t go beyond that. [1] http://recode.net/2014/09/22/apples

I think security, and maybe more so stability are very valid reasons for banks to move slowly on these systems. It may appear archaic from the outside, but these systems are pushing $39 trillion dollars a year (22 billion transactions) [1].

It's a neat idea in that I like seeing new uses of displays, and new ways to interface with them. Problem is, I think this would be rather annoying to use as a lefty, and others seems to agree [1]. [1] http://www.theverge.co

They have a 'store' link [1] right in their header with all the pricing. They could maybe be a little more upfront about it, but it's not really a bait and switch. Also, the prices do seem fairly reasonable for what it does.

Problem is the data is so sketchy on Trulia and Zillow. I'd be interested in a house only to find out it already had a contingent offer accepted. They need to figure out how to get realtime data from the MLS systems. Trulia and Zillow

I was originally using Trulia to send me emails on new homes in the market, and it works fairly well. Problem is that the data can be sort of dated fairly quickly as it doesn't get MLS data immediately (at least in my area). This is so

Unless their employees, partners (hosting, etc) get paid in BTC, it actually does matter if they "sit" on the BTC they receive. Many businesses and people still require to get paid in USD (EUR, etc) in order to do business. This m
