This may not be helpful, but I have found it difficult to limit screentime. Tried it many times, never sustained it. "Fastening" for a week or two was much easier and had sustained effects. See other comments on how to lock yourse

Due to all the methane leaks, gas isn't even as much cleaner than coal as it was purported to be... But hey monitoring programs got cut so I guess that solves the problem...

Apple made the mistake of making a grand announcement and then not following through. They may have the talent, and even the hardware, but the product is still missing. OpenAIs open weight model runs great on my iMac, when is apple going to

Note that "Aerospace" is largely arms, not passenger airplanes. It's the billion-dollar bomb the U.S. has dropped on Afghanistan, and air-to-air missiles that cost 10s of millions of dollars each to manufacture. There aren&#x

We often think of everyday behavior in terms of cost-benefit, but that's not all it is. Waiving the fee is a signal to indicate that taking public transit is socially desirable. That could be an effective nudge for many who are indecis

I have been using Debian Trixie for a few months in testing now, I can attest that its a great, stable operating system. Definitely better than Ubuntu in terms of user experience.

This is interesting news, for the lack of a better word. I've met more than one person with downs syndrome. They have definitely enriched my life and shown me a different way of looking at the world.
