Do you have a source? From conversations in my tech groups, it seems people are moving away from Rackspace. Not to AWS specifically. Either way, I wouldn't have made the statement originally as I don't have any proof and I'm

Everyone's tax money goes to a select few who screwed the state over (or.. went through their loopholes successfully, however you want to look at it). None of that sounds like a good stimulus to me.

Can you? If we took the money donated to Watsi, let these people suffer/die instead, and used it all to solve an "underlying problem" - would it help more people? Without a lot of research that answer seems difficult to get t

The idea of using "B-list" companies makes me a bit disgusted honestly. Have we put ourselves on such pedestals that we use other people's valuable time as unknowing practice runs? I would never interview somewhere I was not

Why would Jane not be in your contacts? That way you add who you want, and Facebook doesn't keep tabs on your personal info until you want them to.

In the middle of nowhere, web developers make $30-70k in my experience. You need to work in a "city" (even if its small), or work remotely for a company that pays well to do any better.
