Poland is side stepping the blatant risk of escalating to a war with Russia and/or WW3 by trying to move the Migs into Ukraine itself, but it still wants the F16s that the US is offering. This way it moves the problem to the US by havi

Really fun and addictive. I would extend the screen downwards so there is a clickable area that is not part of the play area. Then you will be able to see what is going on better. Just an idea.

Recently in Canada police went to visit Ottawa residents based on supporting the trucker protests with Facebook messages. It’s unclear how they got the addresses from the names, presumably the phonebook and hope for the best? In any case yo

I'm Canadian and I'm both familiar with CCLA and glad they exist, especially at the moment. Not to be hyperbolic, but many people around the world don't know Amnesty International exists until they find themselves locked up w

Once you know you are on the side of good everyone who disagrees with you must be assigned to an out-group. That way you don't have to listen to them.

According to Wikipedia there was up to $2b in insured damages and 25 deaths during the 2020 riots. Now regarding the bridge closure; there will be costs for delays and those will be substantial, but it's not like they just throw $400m

I use Neovim 0.6.0 with its built LSP with some plugins including simrat39/rust-tools.nvim. It uses rust-analyzer. It works extremely well but I don't use the debugger at all. I've used IntelliJ with a Rust plugin, to and it

Great to see lists like these. I’m a long time Emacs user and recently learned to use neovim. I made the same mistake many new Emacs users make in that I installed a lot of plugins at once and lost control of the editor. Only by installing

I used CL as a hobbiest for years but never in code I would get paid for. Clojure is a different story. That you can run it on the JVM is a game changer when you want to introduce the code to a production environment. The massive amount of
