   Many of these people are the same ones who believe Tesla can build profitable $35,000 cars because the CEO said so, despite evidence of billions in losses (and subsidies).

   >"they want to be seen with it" How does this contradict the article? Demand is limited because fewer people will or can spend $1000 on a status symbol. Seems like basic economics.

   Who are these people trading with? People trading OUT of cryptos INTO fiat. How does the asset distribution change, net, in that exchange?
