It is important to compare the amount of radiation here though... I'm pretty sure new phones are a bit more efficient with their signals, battery life has increased phenomenally and this must be partly due to lower power usage. Although wit

So the direct consequence currently is that millions of barrels are venting directly into the gulf. I'm not too clued up on crude oil, but as far as I'm aware, oil is less dense than water, thus rises. Gulf currents will dissipate this as s

Good point, however time is used daily by almost everyone, whereas lat and long are used (directly) by far fewer people. The main problem this would have is people figuring out what the hell it means! Most people have some grasp on latitude

Until there is an alternative established market, realistically you are only looking at getting a slice of the government funds, as that IS the market. And if for that $1B you can achieve what currently would cost $15B and up (orion - http

I wonder how the character spacing issues are resolved - for example ff and fi generally should overlap and physical print typography uses different characters for this. This is definitely possible in PDF (though I'm not too sure of the det

Of some interest in this statement is that wikileaks managed to crack the encryption. No matter if they release the crack, the way they did it, or the actual footage, the US DoD should take very careful note that it has been cracked. This i
