I just thought it was somewhat sour grapes that the USA didn't get the World Cup and worst of all Russia got it. Since powerful people were involved in the US and UK bids and I hazard a guess that they were pretty passed off at losing

Indeed. Border control policies end up being a tit for tat affair. The only reason EU countries have border controls on flights landing in their respective countries from the UK, is because the UK applies border controls on their citizens e

I'm a Brit living in Germany. A vote to leave the EU is likely to mean that I will need to apply for a work visa to stay here. It is more than likely going to cause me a major pain in the arse. On the other hand I'm tempted to hav

Here comes the gold rush and anything else people believe they can secure their money and weather the storm. The trick now is to work out where the bottom of the market crash is going to be, and cash in on the companies that will survive th

I guess that concise implementations (e.g. in a one liner) are often a complete bitch to debug when someone else comes back to it to fix a problem years later. It is much more difficult to debug and fix existing code than develop it from sc

I think taking photos when going out makers you an observer, and not a participater. You're living your life and those memories are in your head and your property. Nobody can take those away. Bravo. That sounds like the right motto for
