It's a common problem with many languages. If you speak gibberish fake Chinese at chatgpt and ask it to translate, it'll happily say you're saying coherent things.

Sounds like things are converging more or less where I thought they would: "websites" turning into live applications, interfacing with the native UI, frameworks, etc. using a standardized API. Mainframes maybe weren't the wo

Eh let's not be dramatic, if you're already using async runtimes of some sort it's not that much of an upset to switch.

XUL felt magical when it came out. Was kind of sad when it got sunset or whatever happened to it. Felt like it could have been something great.

My bank requires it, for better or for worse. Any bank transfers are MFAd via the app, for example. It's the only bank that allows non-citizens in Germany that has English correspondence and wouldn't have taken months in Bureaucra

Performance, safety and IO critical code must care, because the page size affects TLB caching and is the finest granularity for security flags such as read-only, no execute, etc. which are critical for e.g. guard pages. If your code that cr

This comment is justly flatly incorrect. You don't need Tokio at all to write an async library. Nor do you need send sync. Not sure what other crap you are speaking of, either. Sync APIs can be spawned in worker threads as futures, too
