Or you could listen to the podcast and find out that it was real money, but why let facts get in the way?

I've spent well, well more than $20 on Android apps. But I don't play many games.

So it's die then. You can't even buy WebOS devices in many (most?) countries so how they expect to gain any market share at all is beyond me.

Fogbugz ( http://www.fogcreek.com/fogbugz/ ) on Linux runs under Mono. We use it. It works well.

I have a data point of one (me) who disagrees with that. I've spent heaps on apps. I was shocked to find that iOS makes you enter a password before buying stuff - what kind of a PITA is that?

HN with all the TechCrunch bullshit edited out is much better. I've been skipping any TC link for a while now and it's a big improvement.

Thanks for Slicehost, I ran a server there for quite a while before it was bought and it was great. Devstructure looks like good cleverness as well!

And I guess it was worth the hundreds of thousands of deaths in Afghanistan and Iraq in the last 10 years? Happy happy joy joy. Huh.

They're nice but I find them to be much too crunchy. I'd suggest the additional step of removing the calcium carbonate coating from ingredient #8 before it goes into reactor #2.

I think Gruber frequently presents biased statements or opinions as facts (e.g. his rant about fonts on Android devices being unreadable was just strange) but if you take his name off this piece and read it objectively then he's actually ma

Interesting. I typed in my local equivalent of a zip code (four digits beginning with a zero) and it accepted it. So either you guys are planning on going global right away, or your validation's not all that flash?
