Thanks for sharing this. Diablo 2 was an amazing experience back in my youth. I was decided to make the purchase. But this is a no deal.

I wrote that, and I did it without being paid or having any affiliation. Just a happy customer. This is the service I use: https://www.netcup.eu , and by the way I recommended it too.

Nowadays is more and more common for websites to have some kind of rate limiting middleware such as rack attack for ruby. It would be interesting to explore the strategies to deal with it.

There are a bunch of technologies that are easy to learn out there, which doesn't mean we should learn them all. My concern was that I haven't seen a clear need and justification, and I was doubtful I was missing something. I hav

Basic Ruby on Rails App. In full, I use PosgreSQL, Nginx and Puma. Probably soon Redis, and everything is mostly Server Side Rendered. Deployments using Capistrano.

Exactly what I use, except Ansible (I heard it had some problems with retro-compatibility). Have you reach to the point of having to use a load ballancer? If yes, could you tell about how, please?

I use a Virtual Private Server, a comodity you can find in Digital Ocean, Linode, Hetzner, OVH... Currently I use Capistrano for deploying my Rails app. It takes a few minutes and It's been quite consistent and reliable so far.
