Ask HN: What should I consider before selling Raspberry Pi based project?

I have been playing around trying to make a project (software + hardware) simulating a network of kiosks that I think is ready for a commercial trial. I have found a few potential early adopters. Considering that I use Raspberry Pi 4 for every device. What considerations should I take into account before going beyond?
