chill - i inform the person I'm introing that i will be forwarding it, they are very aware. and no, unwanted email coming from someone i value the relationship with carries negativity and tarnishes my relationship.

yes, and there are a lot of programmer jobs where the same is true as well - maybe as a percentage it's less than in a sales role, but it still exists. but it actually doesn't really matter - you choose to be a programmer, so you
