12.10 works fine for me on an old 1.4ghz core 2 duo laptop with nothing but onboard intel graphics, maybe you should try upgrading. Also it would be worth checking if there is a proprietary video card driver and using that if so e.g. https

absolutely. you should look for work on jobserve. i assume you look for php work? it pays less than js, which pays less than java, but a quick look at php contracts in london shows them between £300pd to £450pd - so as above, £40k for 6m

I suppose it depends on your work environment, but yes, one at a previous employer ended up being the server room keyboard because of the noise.

But the MS 4000 is the absolute best feeling keyboard, ergo or not (allowing for the fact that you can't in a normal situation use a model m or variant because of the noise). I defy anyone to name a better non buckling spring keyboard. Lo
