If you just want public IPv6 for your LAN, you could get address space for free from TunnelBroker.net and the setup for your router is well documented.

I didn’t mean to say they are getting a direct cut as sibling commenters indicated, but Valve definitely is getting at least some kind of money indirectly out of them offering this.

You really should look into D&I training, either through your employer or via outside sources if your employer doesn't have a good D&I program (they should!). These types of accidental slips are toxic to the work environment an

That is blended across multiple providers due to my setup, but my AT&T account alone allows up to 1TB/month. I did provide a bit more detail on my setup in this comment: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=26571061

I use Pepwave gear as well. WELL WORTH THE MONEY! I use the Pepwave Balance 20X with the Cat12 add-on card with four SIM cards installed. AT&T is my primary provider (with a monthly usage limit of 1TB/month, no fair use limits), bu

I've been living on the road from an RV for the past 4 months and would be happy to share a bunch of tips. Data connectivity was the biggest concern I had before starting out and thus did a ton of research before embarking. So far that

Post edit as it’s unclear, “blue boxes had nothing to do with evading wiretaps *for them*” Yes, in general some did, but that is not why Woz/Jobs were interested and to say otherwise is just showing your own knowledge of the subject.

Linked list, binary tree, and heck, even a hash table aren’t “stupidly verbose” to me in C either, hence my question to GP.

You should re-read the comment you are responding to. Dec 2020 and Feb 2021 and March 2021 are all “from [within] the last six months”. I added a word to make it more clear, but it was obvious the intent GP had.

Try it (shifting at high RPMs, specifically near redline) in a Honda Civic (or any other decent, but not higher end car) and you’ll see. Shift at normal RPM ranges and you’d be right to feel doubtful it would be faster.

If you double clutch near redline on your RPMs, you can get marginally faster gear changes with less wear on your synchronizers.

I took what Craig said more as “we aren’t doing Bootcamp, run Windows in a VM”. Apple never really supported the efforts to run Linux/BSD on their hardware in Intel, why would they start with the M1?
