Yeah, although in this case it takes me back to ~10 years ago. I didn't think 8GB was a lot back then either, and we typically tried for at least 16. Its pretty disappointing how little advancement has been made in RAM in recent years.

I guess, but (making up numbers here) two players with 750 skill would be 1500 or an average of 750. A sum might match them up against two players with 1300 skill & 200 skill due to the 1500 sum. OTOH, the average would match them up ag

How would that make a difference? Or were the party sizes different between you and your opponents?

Yeah, that'd be cutting it pretty close. I'd be tempted to bring a CHAdeMO in case it looked risky mid-route. I bet there's at least one CHAdeMO along the route.

That test is 60% city. On the highway at 75 mph, the Bolt would likely drop to 200 or a little below. The Model Y LR AWD does ~240 under similar conditions.

I remember thinking that this was a MUCH better language than AS3 for Flash & Flex development. Now, 10 years later, I'm honestly surprised that it still exists and is being maintained. I'm curious how popular it is at this po

> Giving your workers $2k a year in 401k matches without any future risk looks a lot better on the balance sheet than putting $5k in a pension for them and assuming the risk that it will be enough to keep them from depending on governmen

Despite the offer of stock based compensation for employees, I still think this is a bad idea. The 401k is one of the most effective ways to encourage long-term savings among employees. Its an important benefit with significant tax advantag

Watch Bjorn's videos and you'll see that it certainly isn't confined to Tesla. Newer models have heated charge ports. With older vehicles, preconditioning the cabin for ~30 minutes supposedly helps.

AFAICT, the practical difference isn't that big, the supercapacity energy density is much lower, and it is always more worthwhile to just add more batteries. EVs already use their friction brakes pretty rarely, so the potential gains a

I've noticed this regularly with RPi projects. They are interesting, but the costs are often at least as high as an, often more powerful, x86 equivalent.
