That would require all individuals to have the disposable income to cover all their own medical costs. The further down the income ladder you go, the less an option it appears.

You should start with what they actually understand. Do they think LulzSec is a bunch of social parasites with too much time and tech knowledge? Build on and/or correct what they think.

That's only half an opinion, though. He's arguing that the bestselling authors give self-published ones the room to charge more. In the "value" scape, he doesn't get to decide how much his book is worth, but wouldn't be able to charge 3.99
